I need to update my credit card number, and the link for "Manage your account" just gives me an error message. Have also tried sending an email, but have received no answer. Is anybody there??  |

Check the thread "Still can't seem to contact SeniorGlobe Billing" a couple lines down from this thread.
sgmtwenden@usa was able to get ahold of them at 888-460-2286. Maybe this would work for you too. |

Still hanging in there. I stop by once in awhile to see if anything new is going on with Senior Globe, but since the change in ownership it's pretty dead.
Looks like the great support you provided is gone too. Oh well, things change.  |

I want to access "Manage Your Account" and drop Spam Guard but it does not work (https://seniorglobe.com/amc/index.php). It hasn't worked for quite awhile. What is up? Cancel Spam Guard on my account.
The customer support link also does not work. What is going on? Is
Seniorglobe dying? Do we need to move to Netzero or PeoplePC.
Also, email service is poor at best. Often the server will not send out
mail. I have to use Gmail as my SMTP server. Maybe I need to get a new ISP?
Is it time to move on to Netzero or PeoplePC?
